President Buhari Signs Petroleum University Bill

The Number One Citizen of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday signed the petroleum university bill.

Since the announcement of the bill there has been a sense of celebration within the fupre community, but it still raises some questions.

According to Vanguard News, the bill paves the way for the establishment of the federal university of petroleum resources, effurun.
