What Does Not Yet Admitted Mean in Fupre Post Utme Portal? Speaking from past experience, "Not Yet Admitted" in fupre post utme portal means that the admission process is not yet officially closed i.e another batch of admissions MAY be released.  It is by no means a guarantee that the candidate will be admitted, "Not Yet Admitted" will change to "Not Admitted" when the admission process ends officially. Fupre Centre for Safety Education is the result of the collaboration between the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE) and the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) as stated in the ISPON Act 2014 Section 3(h) states that the Institute shall have power to affiliate with any university or other tertiary institutions for the purpose of offering higher degree programmes.
